R:12 Christianity
Encountering Israel in the Old Testament times, one cannot do away with the sacrificial system in the big frame of their religious picture. Every time someone, or the people, sins – one needs to kill a sheep or pigeons to offer to God for the appeasement of His intended wrath. The animal is killed and placed on the altar to be burned; the smoke created by such is thought of as perfume in the nostrils of God. Propitiation is simply satisfying God by killing a scapegoat, substituting the death of an innocent beast instead of the sinner. In the end, ...

“Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and the earth; Yours is the dominion, O LORD, and You exalt Yourself as head over all.” 1 Chronicles 29:11
We asked the Lord for 60 campers but the He gave us 61! Last April 30-May 2 was a most memorable time for both the children and the camp staff who attended CAMP B.R.I.C.K, the 2nd pre-teens camp held at Ikthus Camp Prayer Mountain, Minoyan, Murcia. The spiritual investment we have made into these children’s lives are worth every inch our time, effort, and substance in putting this event together.
This will not be possible if not for the dynamic teamwork of our organizers: the worKing ministries who despite their tight schedule painstakingly met, planned, and worked for the success of this activity. Their commitment to this endeavor was just contaminating!
We also thank the parents who entrusted their children to us during this time.
To those who gave their financial support, your names are writen in heaven.
And for the blessing of having this campsite, only God gets the praise for the most generous hearts that have been touched by the Lord to offer this place for our use.
Surely, no one but God alone can do that! Thank you so much, Lord!
Let us not be weary in supporting the Lord’s work for His glory. God Bless You!
